In 1940, our great-grandfather, Melkes, ventured to the Coachella Valley with a commitment to grow, nurture, and produce the most beautiful palms in the Valley. Knowing that the soil, when properly nourished and cared for, would produce strong, thriving, and gorgeous trees, our great-grandfather committed to a career of the upmost care.

This tradition continued when his son, “Buddy,” our grandfather, took over—who then passed this practice onto our father, Bobby Sr. Today, we, the team made up of siblings Bobby Jr. Matthew, and Kallie, are fourth generation palm tree growers who will continue the family’s legacy.

Over the years and as we continue to learn more about these unique plants, installation methods, and more, our procedures also evolve. Our greatest pride is in developing new techniques that help us better understand how our palms function, survive, and thrive once arriving at job sites. Each palm is a member of our family and stands as a symbol of a legacy to our great-grandfather’s vision.
